Remedial Massage Therapist

Annie completed her Diploma of Remedial Massage in 2010 and has a strong passion for helping clients release pain and achieve better movement.

She specializes in medium to firm Remedial treatments using trigger point therapy, stretching, compression and various massage techniques to release tight and fatigued muscles.

Annie is trained in remedial massage, trigger point therapy, sports massage, Shiatsu, aromatherapy massage, hot rocks massage, pregnancy massage, Swedish massage, relaxation massage, lymphatic massage, reflexology feet massage, reiki, TFH Kinesiology and Homeopathy.

When Annie is not working she enjoys Yoga and Pilates
