Audrey comes from a Nursing background, and brings to the practice 10 years of experience with the gentle healing therapy called Reiki.

Reiki has a soothing and relaxing effect on the body, releasing stress and restoring balance.  The body is then better able to heal and so Reiki is of great benefit where working in conjunction with Physiotherapy here at focus on physio.

Reiki is also soothing for pregnant mothers, and very helpful in working through grief, as Audrey has experienced in her volunteer work at Hopewell Hospice over the last 8 years.
