Debbie specialises in Remedial massage, Trigger Point, Sports Myofascial cupping, Relaxation, Swedish, Deep Tissue, Pregnancy, Seated and Lymphatic massage therapies.

She offers abundant knowledge in and around remedial therapy to assist people in improving their day-to-day activities pertaining to range of motion, muscle pain relief and movement.  For rehabilitation, pain and injury management by balancing muscle soft tissue length, tension and tone.

Debbie knows full well the issues around injuries and pain.  As early this year, 2022, she fell, broke her ankle, and became restricted in many aspects of her typical day-to-day life.  This made her more empathic towards sports pain, the rehabilitation , and mental processes of regaining movement, pre and post surgeries and the need to refocus on aspects of life that can be done after an injury or surgery and not dwell on what can’t.
